How to make Soya flour Upma
Step-1
In a pan dry roast flour for 2-3 minutes
Step-2
Add water and keep stirrings
Step-3
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Step-4
Now add Blanched Spinach
Step-5
Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes and keep cooking to upma consistency
Step-6
Add lemon juice and take it off the burner
Step-7
In a separate pan prepare a tadka:
Add ghee, jeera and, garlic, green chilli cook for 30 second (until garlic turn golden brown)
Step-8
Add the tadka in the top of the upma
Step-9
Serve hot
