Ingredients for soya flour jalebi
- › 20gm soya flour
- › 20gm curd
- › 15gm ghee
Method
1. Take soya flour and add curd to it. Cover it and Keep it aside for few hours(5-6hrs)
2. Make sugar syrup with sugar free adding little water. It won’t be too much thick but it will be sweet enough
3. Use any bag and fill it with soya and curd batter . Take ghee in a very small pan and heat it. Now make jalebi in ghee( not very hot otherwise it will burn) and thn dip it in sugar syrup and eat it hot 😋
