Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listDefatted Soya Flour- 50gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee- 10gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listCardamom seeds - 1.5 to 2 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk low fat- 100ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listAlmonds- 5gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listCashews- 15gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listJaggery- 10gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listHoney- 10gm

Direction

Step-1

In a skillet, add ghee and soya flour and let it roast for about 3 minutes or until it's golden brown.

Step-2

Now, add cardamom seeds and chopped almonds and roast for another 2 minutes.

Step-3

Then, add milk and whisk it nicely to get the thick paste and simmer for 4 minutes.

Step-4

Lastly, add jaggery and honey and mix it well. One may add water if required. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes or until the halwa is set.

Step-5

Garnish it with cashews and binge on!

Step-6

Note: One may avoid jaggery and honey and use any zero calorie sweetener to lower the calories.
