Soya flour halwa
- Defatted Soya Flour- 50gm
- Ghee- 10gm
- Cardamom seeds - 1.5 to 2 gm
- Milk low fat- 100ml
- Almonds- 5gm
- Cashews- 15gm
- Jaggery- 10gm
- Honey- 10gm
In a skillet, add ghee and soya flour and let it roast for about 3 minutes or until it's golden brown.
Now, add cardamom seeds and chopped almonds and roast for another 2 minutes.
Then, add milk and whisk it nicely to get the thick paste and simmer for 4 minutes.
Lastly, add jaggery and honey and mix it well. One may add water if required. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes or until the halwa is set.
Garnish it with cashews and binge on!
Note: One may avoid jaggery and honey and use any zero calorie sweetener to lower the calories.
