Ingredients for Soya Egg Omelet
- › 50gm Soya chunks 3 Eggs 2gm Oil 50gm curd 5gm onion Salt as per taste chilli powder oregano or mixed herb for taste
1. •Combine soya chunks and 1 cup of warm water together in a bowl, keep aside for 10-12 minutes. •Squeeze the soya chunks throughly, retain them and discard the drained water. • Than grind soya chunks in a mixer • Add whole eggs in the fine paste of soya chunks • Add finely chopped onion and all the spices as per your taste (You can also Add your fav. veggies) • Mix or whisk well the mixture. • Add a drop of oil on heated pan. • Cook on low to medium flame for 3-4 min each side And serve with curd
