Ingredients

40 gm Soya chunks

20 gm makhana(fox nuts),10 gm almonds,10 gm cashews,10 gm pistachios

150 gm beaten yoghurt,green mint chutney

50 gm tomato,20 gm onion

20 gm pomegranate seeds

5 gm Nylon Sev and fresh chopped coriander for granish

Salt,red chilli powder,chaat masala,a pinch of pani puri masala

Method

Step 1

)Dry roast soya chunks,fox nuts,whole almonds and whole cashews.Keep it aside to let it cool down.(you can also roast it in gm ghee,if it fits in your macros) )In a bowl/plate,mix soya and all the nuts. )Now add chopped onion and tomato,green chutney and beaten yoghurt over the nuts. )Sprinkle salt,chaat masala,chilli powder,pani puri masala as per your taste. )Garnish with Freshly chopped coriander,Pomegranate seeds and Nylon Sev. ) Enjoy immediately(otherwise it will become soggy).
