Ingredients for soya dosa or protein dosa
- › soya chunks 40gms
- › raw rice or uncooked rice 50gms
- › urad dal 20gms
- › salt to taste
- › oil 5ml
1. take rice and dal in a bowl n let it soak for 3-4 hrs.
2. mean while gring soya chunks or granules into fine powder
3. then grind the rice n dal mixture n let it stay for 3hrs
4. after tht add soya powder just befr u spread on tawa. add little water to avoid clumps.
5. spread on tawa n apply oil.flip it. soya dosa ready
6. can make 3 big dosas with this ingredients
