soya dosa or protein dosa
- soya chunks 40gms
- raw rice or uncooked rice 50gms
- urad dal 20gms
- salt to taste
- oil 5ml
take rice and dal in a bowl n let it soak for 3-4 hrs.
mean while gring soya chunks or granules into fine powder
then grind the rice n dal mixture n let it stay for 3hrs
after tht add soya powder just befr u spread on tawa. add little water to avoid clumps.
spread on tawa n apply oil.flip it. soya dosa ready
can make 3 big dosas with this ingredients
