  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya Granules coasely grounded -50 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listGram Flour - 50 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee/oil -10g
  • Recipe Ingredients listCurd -80g
  • Recipe Ingredients listMustard Seeds -1/3 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen chillies as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking powder -1/4 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listTurmeric - 1/4 tsp

Direction

Step-1

Boil soya and get rid of excess water. Let it cool for sometime

Step-2

After that, add other ingredients except chilli,mustard seeds and oil

Step-3

Grease the pan and pour mixture into it. Steam it for 15-25 min until you get a clean toothpick on pricking the dhokla

Step-4

Let it cool for sometime before cutting into the pieces or you will end up breaking all the pieces like I did

Step-5

Add tempering of rye and green chillies
