How to make Soya delight

Step-1

Wash soya chunks ( to avoid smell ) and wrap it in towel for 4-5 hours. If u don’t wrap it in towel it will not turn crispy

Step-2

After 4-5 hours place it on pan and sauté for 5min

Step-3

Add 4 grams of oil on it and sauté again till you see them turn brown

Step-4

As it’s completely fried place it in bowl. Add red chilly powder, chat Masala and salt as per our spicy requirement

Step-5

Last time someone had asked me Can we wash it to avoid smell ? So answer is you can use it without washing them when your eating with curds or for instant recipe. And if you have patience to wait for 4-5 hours then wash it soak it in towel n fry them. Trust me you will love this.♥️
