Soya dalia with veggies
- 25gm broken wheat (dalia)
- 5gm ghee
- 100 gm chopped cabbage
- 15 gms peas
- 20gm soya chunks
Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins
In a pressure cooker, add ghee, once hot add cumin seeds. Add the dalia. Mix well
Add the chopped cabbage, soaked soya chunks and peas.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder. Mix all well and add water.
Set it cook for 5mins or for two full whistle. Serve hot.
