Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list200g Wheat flour
  • Recipe Ingredients list200 ml Soya milk
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 Tsp Apple Cidar Vinegar
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 tsp salt
  • Recipe Ingredients list10g Almonds chopped
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 Tbsp Stevia powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder

Direction

Step-1

Step 1 Dry ingredients Mix wheat flour, baking powder , baking soda, cinnamon powder, almonds and salt.

Step-2

Step 2 Take Soya milk and add vinegar, whisk it nicely till it curdles. Keep it aside

Step 3 Preheat oven at 170*f for 10 min

Step 4 Wet ingredients Mix oil, stevia, vanilla essence and whisk it nicely till they get incorporated

Step 5 Add curdled soya milk to it and whisk nicely.

Step 6 Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients

Step-7

Step 7 Take cup cake moulds and add 2 Tbsp mixture into each.I could fill 10 cups.

Step-8

Step 8 Garnish them with chopped almonds

Step-9

Step 9 Bake them for 20 min.
