- 200g Wheat flour
- 200 ml Soya milk
- 2 Tsp Apple Cidar Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 10g Almonds chopped
- 2 Tbsp Stevia powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
Step 1 Dry ingredients Mix wheat flour, baking powder , baking soda, cinnamon powder, almonds and salt.
Step 2 Take Soya milk and add vinegar, whisk it nicely till it curdles. Keep it aside
Step 3 Preheat oven at 170*f for 10 min
Step 4 Wet ingredients Mix oil, stevia, vanilla essence and whisk it nicely till they get incorporated
Step 5 Add curdled soya milk to it and whisk nicely.
Step 6 Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients
Step 7 Take cup cake moulds and add 2 Tbsp mixture into each.I could fill 10 cups.
Step 8 Garnish them with chopped almonds
Step 9 Bake them for 20 min.
