Step-1
Blend 80 gms sugar with 50 gms of ghee till it become light.
Step-2
in another bowl mix 150 gms of soy flour, 50 gms of each chickpea flour (besan) , wholewheat flour and rawan. Add half tsp of baking powder and baking soda
Step-3
Mix dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients, add little water if required.
Step-4
make a soft dough.
Step-5
Divide in 32 equal parts and bake in airfryer.
Step-6
cookies are ready to eat
