Ingredients for soya chunks with stir fry veggies
- › 100 grm soya chunks (soaked in water)
- › 1 onion, capsicum, carrot, beans, green chilli
- › 1 cucumber for dressing (salad)
- › Masalas..salt,black pepper, black salt,lemon
Method
1. Cut all vegetables
2. drain out soya chunks in soaked water
3. Head the pan add ghee
4. stir fry all veggies one by one
5. Add soya chunks...thn spread masalas like salt,black peppers and lemon. stop the gas
6. and serve it with cucumber...with curd.
