- › Milk - 300 ml
- › Whey PROTIEN - 35 gm
- › Soya chunks - 30 gm
- › Wheat Flour - 40 gm
- › Potato - 30 gm
- › Ghee - 5 gm
1. Mix whey protein in hot Milk and shake it well for your milk shake.
2. Grind the soya chunks
3. Mix it with wheat flour
