Ingredients for soya chunks veggies thalipith
- › Soya chunks ( grind) - 40g
- › Cabbage- 100 g
- › Methi or any green veggies
- › Ginger garlic paste
- › Dhania jeera powder
- › Ajwain
- › Egg whites 2(optional, can use isabgol or flaxseed powder for binding)
- › Salt
- › Finely chopped chilli & corriander
- › Ghee/ butter-1 tsp
Method
1. Grind soya chunks
2. Add chopped veggies, ginger garlic paste,dhania jeera powder,salt, ajwain,chopped chilli,coriander
3. Knead & roll using two butter paper sheets or directly spread on nonstick pan Make some holes to add ghee drops
4. Roast first side keeping covered, turn & roast other side without lid Enjoy
