How to make soya chunks upma
Step-1
✡bring water to boil and add soya chunks and boil for a minute.. cover a set aside for 15mins
Step-2
add oil to pan,
temper mustard and chilli
add salt and spices to the oil so that it mixes evenly
Step-3
squeeze out water and shred soya chunks or give a quick pulse in blender
Step-4
add the shredded chunks to pan and give a quick toss
Step-5
add broken wheat and toss untill u see broken wheat getting crunchy
Step-6
add curd and quickly toss in simmer
Step-7
tastes best when spicy and consumed hot
