1)Heat the pan, put soya chunks in it and add some chaat masala along with ghee 2)Once they start turning dark brown, take them off the pan and let it cool down for a minute or two 3)put all the veggies in the pan and let them stir fry for 1 min 4) add soya chunks to these veggies and serve!
