Direction

Step-1

Step 1- Boil water, add salt and 2 spoons vinegar. Add the soya chunks. Boil till the water evaporates.

Step-2

Step 2 - Without squeezing the water from the chunks, move the chunks to a bowl. Add curd. Mix well. Keep aside for 15min

Step-3

Step 3- Grind onion to a paste. In a pan, add 10ml oil/ghee. Add the onion paste. Saute till brown

Step-4

Step 4- Grind tomato, Ginger, garlic, red chillies, green chillies to a paste. Add it to the pan. Saute till the oil separates.

Step-5

Step 5- Add the spices to the sauteed mixture. Mix well.Add the curd soaked soya chunks.

Step-6

Step 6- Add water. Mix everything well and close the lid. On low flame, cook for 10-15min

Step-7

Step 7- Add kasuri methi and Garam masala. Mix well. Serve hot
