How to make Soya Chunks Puliyogare

Step-1

Boil rice

Step-2

Boil Soya chunks

Step-3

Grind soyachunks

Step-4

Put Ghee in hot pan,add mustard seed and red chill

Step-5

Add Puliyogare mix+boiled rice +grinded soya and toss it

Step-6

Sprinkle corian
