How to make Soya chunks Mix

Step-1

In a pot, bring water to boil and add soya chunks and continue boiling it for about 3-4 minutes. Then, sieve our the water and squeeze the soya chunks to drain off excess water. Let it cool down and cut it into pieces.

Step-2

Meanwhile, chop all the veggies separately and keep it aside.

Step-3

In a pan, add oil and chopped onion and sauté it for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and sauté it for another minute. Then, add chopped cabbage, beetroot and pieces of soya chunks.

Step-4

Add all the dry spices and give a nice mix. Continue sauting it for about 2-3 minutes and voila it’s ready! 😅
