soya chunks 100 gm
onion 1
Tomato 1
spices as per taste
ghee 10 gm
Direction
Step-1
boil soya chunks in hot water for 5 mins
add cold water and squeeze water from soya chunks and kept in a bowl
now cut onion and tomato for mixture
saute them in 10 gm ghee or oil
add spices as per your taste
add squeezed soya chunks
and mix well
cook for 5 mins with lid
serve as you like
