Ingredients for Soya chunks laddu
- › soya chunk flour 100 gm
- › milk 150 ml
- › almonds 40 gm
- › ghee 20 gm
- › sugarfree as per taste
- › cardamom, rose water for aroma (optional)
Method
1. roast soya chunks flour in ghee till it starts getting and raw smell is gone
2. in another pan add milk+sugarfree+cardamom and let it get warm
3. once soya chunk flour is roasted, add cut almonds
4. add cardamom milk and rose water
5. make round balls when still little warm
6. gives 10 balls, macros mentioned per ball
