How to make Soya Chunks Kadi/Mor Kuzhambu
Step-1
Soak Soya Chunks in boiling water for 10 mins. Add some salt to it while soaking.
Step-2
Coarsely grind urad dal, toor dal, red chillies, pepper, jeera into powder.
Step-3
Now squeeze out soya chunks and keep them in a separate bowl and add 2 Tbsp of spiced powder, turmeric, jeera powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Step-4
Now take a pressure cooker, add 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp ghee and spiced soya chunks. Cook for 3 whistles. Once the pressure is released add curd and mix well. Check the seasoning and add salt if required.
Step-5
Now add jeera mustard tadaka and serve it with hot rice or rotis or just eat it plain.
