How to make Soya chunks flour dosa
Step-1
Grind the soya chunks into powder.
Add half and half of rice flour/wheat flour and rava.
Mix the flours together into a smooth batter. 1-1.5 cups of water approximately.
Add salt,chopped green chillies,chopped coriander and curry leaves.
Add crushed jeera and pepper.
Pour it on a hot tawa and drizzle oil around.
Awesome tasting dosa is ready.
You will get 2-3 medium sized dosa
