How to make Soya chunks egg Fried Rice
Step-1
Cook rice and keep aside
Step-2
Drop soya chunks in hot water for 3 mins and remove and squeeze them to remove excess water and keep aside
Step-3
In a pan add oil and onion and sauté until translucent then add your favorite spices salt and soya chunks and fry for a minute
Step-4
Now add egg and cook for another 4-5 or until done
Step-5
now Add cooked rice and fry for another 2-3 mins! Transfer in to serving plate
Step-6
Finally assemble your dinner with some greens and yogurt topped with chilled banana ( you will not miss sugary sweets )
