How to make Soya Chunks dry fry

Step-1

boil soya chunks in water and then drain the water and squeeze water from soya chunks

Step-2

Take non stick pan add oil then onion and then add crushed (ginger garlic,pepper,cloves,cinnamon) to the pan fry it and then add green chilli and tomato and fry it till it is cooked properly and then add red chilli powder,salt and soya chunks and fry it and then add coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients.

Step-3

Note: Either you can use boiled soya chunks or without boiling it.If you want crispy then no need to boil and if you need the soya chunks smooth then you can boil it
