Ingredients for Soya chunks Burger
- › Paneer 100 grams
- › soya chunks 50grams ( boil and mash it)
- › Broccoli 100grams
- › Bread slice 2(50grams)
- › Besan flour 50grams
- › Cheese slice 1
- › Eggs 2 (omelette)
- › onions, chilli, salt
- › oil 8 gms
1. Fry all ingredients (chilli, onions, salt, besan flour, soya chunks, broccoli, paneer) with oil. Make it into patties.
2. Cut the bread into a round shape. Roast it.
3. Make an omelette with two eggs
4. Layer it up with a cheese slice, omelette, soya Patty and bread slice. That's all.
