How to make Soya chunks and rice flour dumpling/kozhukattai
Step-1
Measure 35gms of soya chunks and powder it into a flour
Add 10gms of oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Once it splutters add urad dal,curry leaves,green chillies and ginger. Sauté well. Add 1 cup of water and add salt to taste. Bring this to a boil.
Mix rice flour (35gms) to the soya flour
Add this mixture to the boiling water and mix well. The mixture should resemble a tough chapati dough,pliable and kneadable.
Make dumplings out of the dough and steam for 7-8 minutes.
Enjoy guilt free kozhukattais!!
