Ingredients for Soya Chunks Aloo tikki
- › 50 GMs Soya chunks
- › 150gms Raw potatoes
- › Chopped onion ,Ginger,garlic,green chilli paste
- › Chopped coriander
- › Salt, Pepper,Cumin Powder
- › 2gms of butter for tawa greasing
Method
1. Boil Soya chunks and grind them into paste.
2. Boil potatoes and mesh them properly
3. Mix both add chopped onion and ginger, garlic, chilli paste
4. Add Salt and spices
5. Mix all together and make small pattice
6. Grease the tawa
7. Roast each pattice till it turn brown from both the side
8. Serve it with Coriander,Mint,Lemon, Tomatogreen chutney
