How to make Soya Chunks Aloo tikki
Step-1
Boil Soya chunks and grind them into paste.
Step-2
Boil potatoes and mesh them properly
Step-3
Mix both add chopped onion and ginger, garlic, chilli paste
Step-4
Add Salt and spices
Step-5
Mix all together and make small pattice
Step-6
Grease the tawa
Step-7
Roast each pattice till it turn brown from both the side
Step-8
Serve it with Coriander,Mint,Lemon, Tomatogreen chutney
