Ingredients for Soya Chunks akki rotti
- › 50gms Soya chunks
- › 50gms rice flour
- › 5gm butter
- › red chilli powder
- › green chilli
- › ginger,garlic,coriander leaves,salt
- › 50gm potato
- › half onion
Method
1. add salt to water and then boil soya chunks in that
2. remove all the water from soya chunks
3. in a jar add soya chunks, boiled potato,green chillie,
4. ginger,garlic and then grind it
5. take the grinded mixture add rice flour,chopped small onions,red chilli powder,coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients nicely
6. take a pan spread the batter to small rotis and then add butter flip both sides
