Ingredients for soya chunk pulao
- › Soya chunk,rice,green pea,carrot,1 small onion,1 small tomato
- › Whole spices, 10g ghee,ginger, garlic
Method
1. - Put 10g ghee in Kadhai - Put whole spices, 1 small onion, ginger garlic paste - Fry for a minute and add tomato - Add half tea spoon haldi powder and red chilly powder and put little water accordingly - Add vegetables - Add marinated soya chunks ( marinated with ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala ) - Fry and mix it properly - Leave it for 5 mins - Add water soaked rice ( 200 g ) - Mix it and keep for a while - After 5 mins add water - Add little garam masala and close the lid untill rice cooks properly - Serve and enjoy Note: The quantity mentioned here is for 2 meal ( Lunch and dinner )
