Ingredients for Soya Chunk Flour Bhurji
- › 60g Soya Chunk Flour
- › 4 Whole Eggs
- › 100g Veggies
- › 50g Potato
- › 5ml Ghee
1. Dry roast Soya Chunk Flour and keep it aside.
2. Boil the potato, mash it and keep it aside.
3. Beat 4 whole eggs with veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato) along with Mashed potato and Roasted Soya chunk flour.
4. Make bhurji by using 5ml Ghee/oil. Yummy Soya chunk flour bhurji is ready.
