Ingredients for Soya Chowmien
- › Soya : 60gms Veggies: 200gms Butter: 10gms Soya sauce & Chilli sauce: 1/2 tea spoon Green chillies Ginger chopped Tamatoes Spices: Black pepper, salt
Method
1. Step 1 : Cut 200gm veggies as per your choice and sautte it (for sautte 10gms butter, half teaspoon soya sauce and chilli sauce, black pepper, green chillies and chopped ginger) Step 2: Boil 60gms soya and crush it for sautte till it becomes crisp Step 3: Mix veggies and soya and the dish is ready to eat
