Soya granules: 40 gm
Peanuts: 10 gm
Raisins: 10 gm
Ghee: 10 gm
Spices, a pinch: Salt, black pepper and chat masala
Add ghee to the pan and heat.
Add peanuts and roast them.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and let them splutter.
Add soya granules and roast them on a low flame for minutes.
Turn off the flame and add salt, black pepper and chat masala and mix.
Top with raisins.
Soya chivda is ready to serve (Best enjoyed with a cup of tea).
