Ingredients for Soya Chilli & Steamed Rice
- › Soya Chunks 50 gms
- › Rice 80 gm
- › Sesame Oil 8 gm
- › Capsicum 150 gm
- › onion 1 medium
- › Low fat Sriracha sauce-30 gm,Vinegar,soy sauce
- › corn flour 1 tea spoon
- › Vinegar,Soy Sauce
- › Brocilli 50 gm
- › garlic cloves
- › tomato 1 medium
Method
1. Boil Soya for 10 mins and squeeze the water out and keep aside
2. Add oil to a pan Add chopped garlic,onion ,followed by veggies and soya
3. Saute for 10 mins
4. Add Sriracha sauce,vinegar,soy sauce &green chilli,salt and black pepper powder
5. Add finely chopped tomato followed by 1 tea spoon corn flour mixed in water and add to the pan
6. cook for 10 mins without covering the pan
7. serve with steamed rice.
