Ingredients for Soya Cheese balls
- › Cheese cubes(3)
- › Soya 80gm
- › Potato 150gm
- › Ghee 10gm
Method
1. Boil soya and potatoes.
2. Drain water from the soya and grind them.
3. Mix grinded soya with potato
4. Add masala and salt as per your choice and make a mixture.
5. Divide cheese cubes in 4 pieces
6. Make a ball of prepared mixture and out cheese cube in it.
7. Apply some ghee on Appe pan and put the ball.
8. Let them get crispy and apply ghee on both side.
9. Serve them hot with chutney.
