Soya Chapati Poha
- Soya chapaties - 2 (14 gm each approx)
- oil - 5ml or as per macros
Chapaties should be dry ones (not freshly prepared). Give a quick stir to chapaties in grinder. Heat some oil as per your macros in a pan - add jeera. Add the grinded chapaties, salt , chilli powder, haldi and amchur to it. Stir for a while and its ready to serve. You can add vegetables of your choice to make it more colorful. I had none left for the day so made plain.
