- Soya 80gm
- Dried green peas 40gm
- onion 20gm
- Ghee 10gm
Boil soya-> drain them-> grind them.
Add masla and salt of your choice.
Make them in shape of disc and roast them on tawa.
Apply ghee on both side.
Let them get crispy.
Soak peas overnight.
Put them in pressure cooker and boil them
Add masala and salt as per your choise.
Serve soya tikki with peas & onion on top and pour tamarind chutney too.
