green chillies, tomato, onion.
Direction
Step-1
Boil 2 medium size potato, soak soya chunks in water for 3 minutes.
Step-2
Peel and mash the potato in a bowl, add crushed soya chunks, green chillies, onion, tomato,chat masal, coriander leaves, salt & mix all the ingredients properly.
Step-3
Make small tikkis, and grill it over a pan.
Step-4
Cut bread into circular shape, spread Tomato saue in one and green chatni in the other, place thr tikki in between both.
Step-5
now grill the burger both side.
