Ingredients for Soya bombs
- › 50 soya chunks
- › 50 gm chickpea flour
- › Onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, salt, chilli powder and oil for frying
Method
1. Soak soya chunks, squeeze the water.
2. Put them in blender with onion, chilli, coriander, ginger garlic.
3. Take it out. Mix chickpea flour, salt and chilli powder
4. Shallow fry.
5. If you wish first dry roast chickpea flour. You can even try on airfryer
