- 50 soya chunks
- 50 gm chickpea flour
- Onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, salt, chilli powder and oil for frying
Soak soya chunks, squeeze the water.
Put them in blender with onion, chilli, coriander, ginger garlic.
Take it out. Mix chickpea flour, salt and chilli powder
