How to make Soya Bhurji
Step-1
Boil soya chunks
Step-2
Allow the soya chunks to cool down
Step-3
Completely squeeze out excess water from Soya Chunks
Step-4
Either cut soya chunks into fine pieces or Grind it (I prefer to grind soya chunks)
Step-5
Heat Pan and add butter
Step-6
Add green chilli , finely chopped Onion and ginger garlic paste and hing
Step-7
Fry till onion turns gold brown/translucent
Step-8
Add finely chopped tomato and fry for sometime
Step-9
Add all the masala items (turmeric , chilli powder , jeera powder , corriander powder, garam masala)
Step-10
Salt as per taste
Step-11
Add Grinded soya chunks and mix it well
Step-12
Cook it on low flame for 5mins
Step-13
Add lemon for taste and garnish with coriander
