Step-1

Soak soyachunks in hot water and salt, after a while grind all the soyachunks. Chop all the vegetables. Take a pan, add 1tbspn mustard oil and bring to heat. Add onion after 30 sec add capsicum and fry, then add the spices altogether and fry for a while, now add tomatoes and fry after a while add the grinded soyachunks and stir fry for a while. you can make it crispy too. you can also add different vegetables or can garnish with. and enjoy...😀
