How to make soya bhurji
Step-1
heat up oil and add chopped onion,garlic and ginger , wait until light brown then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt and also add little bit of water. cook for 5 minutes and then add soaked soya granules. Just soak them for 15 to 30min.
