How to make soya bhurji
Step-1
heat ghee and put some jeera (cumin seeds) let it crackled
Step-2
now add veggies and sauted them for 2 mins and add mushrooms and cook
Step-3
add tomatoes and sprinkle some salt and cooked them
Step-4
now add turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,red chilli
Step-5
now add soya granules and mixed it properly add coriander leaves
