How to make Soya Bhel
Step-1
How to:
1. Roast dry soya chunks (do not boil) on a medium flame until golden brown (make sure not to over roast) Put aside in a bowl to cool down for a good crunch.
2. Chop boiled beet root, green onion, and coriander
3. Add olive oil, chaat masala to the soya chunks. Mix well.
4. Add all chopped veggies, remaining chaat masala, oregano, and chilli flakes as per your taste. (Note: I like more tangy flavor so I added more chaat masala and skipped salt. You can add salt if you like)
5. Garnish with shredded cheese.
