Ingredients for soya besan laddoo
- › gram flour- 140 gm
- › soya( finely grinded) flour- 140 gm
- › cow ghee- 100 gm
- › sugar( crushed) powder-135 gm
- › stevia as per taste
1. Roast soya nd gram flour mixture on low flame till it turns aromatic brown
2. Add ghee to the mixture nd further roast till it becomes golden brown
3. Allow the mixture to cool nd add sugar( crushed) powder nd stevia according to taste ( have made with 1/2 sugar nd 1/2 stevia mix), sugar can b completely replaced with stevia according to taste.
4. Roll the balls/ laddooos from the mixture. I made 50 small laddoos from the complete mixture 1 laddooo piece - 50 cals P:F:C- 1.56/2.79/4.6
