How to make soya besan laddoo
Step-1
Roast soya nd gram flour mixture on low flame till it turns aromatic brown
Step-2
Add ghee to the mixture nd further roast till it becomes golden brown
Step-3
Allow the mixture to cool nd add sugar( crushed) powder nd stevia according to taste ( have made with 1/2 sugar nd 1/2 stevia mix), sugar can b completely replaced with stevia according to taste.
Step-4
Roll the balls/ laddooos from the mixture.
I made 50 small laddoos from the complete mixture
