  • Recipe Ingredients listWheat Flour -100gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya Flour - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listCurd - 20 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listHusk - Any Brand -5 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt as per taste, Ajwayein (optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee as per your macros

Direction

Step-1

Sieve the Flour and mix all ingredients

Step-2

Boil some water and knead the Flour

Step-3

Keep it aside for at least half an hour

Step-4

Make Baati and roast them in Baati maker. This will make 3-4 Baati.

Step-5

serve hot with Daal, green Chatni and Salad

Step-6

Add ghee on Baati as per your macros

Step-7

Note: The proportion of Wheat and Soya flour should be 2:1. I tried increasing the Soya proportion but then baati either looses taste or softness.
